My absolute favorite, Poblano peppers with walnut sauce, one of the highlights of Mexican cuisine. Peppers are stuffed with already cooked mincemeat mixed with chopped onion, tomato, almond, plantain, walnuts, candied citron, pine nuts, raisins, and apple. Then, they are covered with a sweetened creamy sauce of ground walnuts and cheese; and garnished with pomegranate seeds for the final touch. I can't even describe how delicious this is, tastes like heaven.
