    • Image Description: I was passing near the Caronlino building when i heard someone playing the violin. I stopped and saw Guillermo performing a piece for another man who was listening with a lot of attention, i came close to listen better, but not for very long because he stopped playing a few minutes later, he started talking with the other man and i took advantage of this and joined the conversation. Guillermo is from Tehuacan and he's been playing the violin for 18 years. Having the oportunity of going to concerts of classical music, he took into consideration people who live in small town and don't have the chance to travel to big cities to listen this concerts and he decided to be a musician so he could take these concerts to the people of those places. We were done talking and untill this moment i hadn't talk with him about the project. I struggled not because letting me photograph him, but rather to get his name, i told him i can work with a nickname, he told me he would give me one at the end. About the picture, i had a bit of trouble with the arc, i didn't know they were so long and it was complicated to get a good framing. At the end he told me his name was Guillermo, don't know if it's his real name or a nickname, but it still works for me. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Iba pasando cerca del Carolino cuando me pareció escuchar a alguien tocando el violin. Me detuve y vi a Guillermo interpretando una pieza para otro señor que lo escuchaba con mucha atención, me acerqué a escuchar, pero no por mucho tiempo porque en un par de minutos terminó de tocar, empezó a hablar con el señor y aproveché para unirme a la conversación. Guillermo es Tehuacan y toca el violin desde hace 18 años. Teniendo la oportunidad de asistir a conciertos de música clásica, tomó en cuenta a personas que viven en pueblos pequeños y no tienen la posibilidad de viajar a ciudades para esuchar estos conciertos, decidió ser músico para poder llevarle conciertos a las personas de éstos lugares. Terminamos de hablar y no le había comentado del proyecto hasta ese momento. Con el batallé no para que me permitiera fotografiarlo, si no para que me diera su nombre, le dije que un seudónimo también serviría. Me dijo que al final de la foto me daría un sobrenombre. En cuanto a la foto, tuve problemas con el arco, no imagine que fueran tan largos y batallé para tener un buen encuadre. Al final me dijo que se llamaba Guillermo, no sé si es su verdero nombre o el seudónimo, pero igual me sirve. This picture is #65 in my 100 strangers project.
